When properly fitted, cartridges and filters help provide pro-tection from most chemical contaminants making it easy to standardize any 3M elastomeric facepieces as your brand for respiratory protection. The 3M Filter Retainer 501 is required to use the 3M Particulate Filter 5N11, N95 or 3M 5000 Series Respirator As-sembly or 3M Cartridge 6000 Series. The 3M Filter Adapter 502 is required to use the 3M Particulate Filter 2000 Series or 3M Particulate Filter 7093 in combination with the 3M 5000 Series Respirator Assembly or 3M Cartridge 6000 Series.*Nuisance level refers to concentrations not exceeding OSHA PEL or other applicable government occupational exposure limits, whi-chever is lower. |
